Booking & Payment

How do I make a booking?expand_more

Use the search on the home page to browse available vehicles for your dates, select the car you want, choose any extras, enter your details, and pay the deposit. You'll get a confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?expand_more

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A credit card (not debit) is required for the security bond at pick-up.

Can I cancel for free?expand_more

Yes — free cancellation up to 72 hours before your pick-up time. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

Licence & Driver Requirements

Who can drive?expand_more

Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid full (not provisional) licence held for 12+ months. Additional drivers must be registered at pick-up.

Do you accept international licences?expand_more

Yes. Licences from most countries are accepted — bring the original plus an English translation if the licence isn't in English.

Pick-up & Return

Where do I collect my car?expand_more

Our main depot is in Kewdale, minutes from Perth Airport, with a complimentary shuttle. Airport pick-up can be arranged for a small fee.

What if I return the car late?expand_more

A grace period of 29 minutes applies. Beyond that, an extra day's hire is charged.

Insurance & Damage

Is insurance included?expand_more

Yes — standard comprehensive insurance is included in every rental. Premium reduction packages can be added at checkout.

What's my excess?expand_more

The standard excess is $3,500. Adding Premium Insurance reduces this to $0 for most claims.
